Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Use

This document governs the conditions that regulate the use of the Website and the contracting of the products and/or services offered therein (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).


2. Activity

SpaniSpell mainly carries out the following activities through the Website:

  • Sale of author lessons, digital courses, and downloadable materials.

    Access to digital content may be provided through learning platforms or private areas of the Website.


3. The User

Access, browsing, and use of the Website confer the condition of User and imply acceptance of these Conditions from the start of browsing.
The User declares:

  • To be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract.

  • To use the Website lawfully, truthfully, and appropriately.

  • Not to make false or fraudulent purchases.


4. Purchase Process

The User may purchase products and/or services through the online procedure enabled on the Website.
During the process, the User must:

  1. Select the desired products or services and add them to the cart.

  2. Fill in the required details.

  3. Confirm the purchase by clicking on the “Complete Purchase” button, which implies an obligation to pay.

The User will receive confirmation by email once the transaction has been completed.


5. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in Euros (€), including taxes (VAT when applicable).

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card and bank transfer.

  • SpaniSpell will not add additional costs that the User has not expressly accepted.


6. Delivery and Access

  • In the case of physical products (if any), delivery will take place within Spanish territory, unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the case of digital products and services (online courses, downloadable content), access will be granted to the User once payment is confirmed.


7. Right of Withdrawal

  • For physical goods: the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery.

  • For digital services: the User acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once access or download of the content has begun, in accordance with Art. 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials, lessons, videos, resources, and content offered on SpaniSpell are protected by copyright.
The User is granted a personal, limited, and non-transferable license for private use, and reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express authorization from SpaniSpell is prohibited.


9. User Conduct

The User undertakes to:

  • Not share access or personal login credentials.

  • Not record, copy, or distribute materials without authorization.

  • Maintain respectful behavior during classes or online interactions.


10. Warranties

The User enjoys the legally established warranties for each type of product or service, in the terms set forth in the applicable legislation.


11. Limitation of Liability

SpaniSpell shall not be held liable for:

  • Misuse of the services by the User.

  • Interruptions or technical errors beyond SpaniSpell’s control.

  • Minor differences in the display of content due to devices or browsers.

  • Delays caused by force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, global technical problems).


12. Data Protection

The personal data provided by the User will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.

13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Access to and use of the Website, as well as purchase contracts, shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of conflict, the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s consumer domicile shall have jurisdiction.


14. Dispute Resolution

The User may submit complaints and claims through the contact details provided.
The User may also resort to the European online dispute resolution platform available at:

15. Language

These Conditions will be available in various languages. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
